Every knife we sharpen is approached differently depending on the metallurgical composition of the blade and how it is used. We generally take multiple steps to achieve perfect sharpness and then polish and hone to perfection.
We love the craftsmanship of quality forged knives and take pride at delivering a fully-restored knife that looks and feels as good as the day you bought it. In fact, many customers believe our sharpening outperforms factory standards, due to our attention to quality vs. mass quantity.
